IT'S A BOY!!!

This little guy was not bashful at all! Within seconds, the ultrasound technician pointed out what we have figured all along! It's funny how we just KNEW that he was a boy. We are both so excited and cannot wait to start planning for him. We do not have a name for him yet, but we have some ideas. We decided to keep his name a secret until he is born (if we can go without slipping that is). Who knows, it may take us until May to come up with a name! Poor little Gracie (our dog) was nameless for several weeks and endured a name change or two before we settled in on her name. Hopefully the baby will not be nameless after he is born! :)

We are so excited that we are having a son, but most of all that he is healthy and everything is right on target. Dr. Sherman said, "This baby is awesome." We were like--"Tell us something we don't know." Ha. Just kidding. I was actually so relieved after today. I have to be honest--I was a little nervous before the appointment. Seeing him move and hearing his heart beat again were so comforting. I know they all look the same in sonogram pictures at this stage, but I think he's the cutest little boy ever!!! :) I can't believe we are half way there, and I am so excited to meet him soon!

As soon as I can scan the sonogram pictures, I will post them. I already promised Leslie that these would be the only naked pictures of my son that I would ever post on the Internet. But I figured some of you may want to see them!
