Our Little Monkey Man

Little J-man enjoyed his first Halloween...or we enjoyed how cute he was in his monkey suit! We actually took it off of him during the Pumpkin Palooza at church because it was just too hot. We knew that would happen since he's such a hot-natured guy and those costumes are very hot!! He enjoyed it for a little while though. I think he was confused as to why there was furry stuff near his thumb when he was trying to suck it! Lucky for him, he was still in character after he de-robed because he had on his monkey onesie underneath his suit! It was fun to see all the costumes at church. One of my favorites was a little girl whose mom had her dressed as a crawfish, and her legs were in a stock pot. She was in her stroller, and her mom was dressed as a chef. Too cute!!! She said she got the idea from Regis and Kelly. Funny I saw that costume for the first time over here and not in BR!! Of course I loved J's friends' costumes: Latham was a cowboy; Caroline was a pumpkin; Lauralynn was a little pea in a pod; Sara Beth was a monkey, too; Lilly and Dylan were also pumpkins. It was so cute to see all the little ones dressed up.
