What a fun visit we had with Uncle Mitch a few weeks ago! We were so thrilled that he was able to take a little time to come visit since he is so busy with seminary and the student ministry at JBC! We were so thankful for the special time we were able to spend just hanging out with Uncle Mitch. The picture above is Jackson watching the National Champs Game with Uncle Mitch. We cheered on the Gators. In support of the SEC, Jackson wore his Tiger gear. =) He's such a spirited little man.

We had so much fun shopping at the Galleria, meeting Daddy for lunch at a yummy Cajun restaurant downtown--Zydeco. We of course had to eat at Lupe, where the service was not great (I'm afraid this is becoming a trend at our most favorite Mexican restaurant in H-town), but the fajitas made up for it. Kyle and Mitch went to see Grand Torino and said that Clint Eastwood was amazing in this movie. I couldn't pick Clint Eastwood out of a line up of ten men, but that's just me--I'm not into movies. Or TV.
It was great timing with Uncle Mitch being in town while my back was hurt because he helped out SO much. We had a great time and can't wait to see Uncle Mitch again soon.
