Since we went to the Coldplay concert last night (which was awesome by the way), I was thinking about how we came over to Houston for a couple concerts in 2006. We saw Tim & Faith with Keith & Kayla at the Toyota Center and Kelly Clarkson in The Woodlands. I decided to look back at my pictures and see when that was that we came for the concert with Keith & Kayla. Well, it was exactly three years ago last night! It's so strange to look at these pictures...the horrible one I took of the Downtown Houston skyline, and us standing in front of the Toyota Center. I was in awe of the big city like I always have been. I also remember when we were in The Woodlands for Kelly Clarkson telling Kyle, "We should so live here!"
Haha. Hilarious.
Who knew I'd one day live here and know my way around these streets? Not me, for sure. I'm pretty sure Jaime didn't think I would either and thought pretty hard about blocking my number when we first moved here (and my GPS simultaneously broke) and I couldn't get ANYWHERE without calling her. Haha! Good times.

Here are a few pics from that trip 3 years ago! We had such a good time and even got to see Britt and Ry! Britt was working in Houston for her internship during MBA school. We ate at the Grand Luxe Cafe across from the Galleria. I haven't been back since, and I'd like to! I loved the yummy sandwich I got! Mmmm...Britt, I know you remember.

Anyway, that was a fun walk down memory lane. I actually sat down to Blog about our summer and got overwhelmed. Haha. I'll try again next time. Gotta go get a few things done.
