Here's the deal, one of my BFFs (Rebecca) is coming to visit us this weekend, and I have been trying to think of what fun things we would do. Well, just like every single time people come visit us, I can't decide because there are so many possibilites!
So, I need your help.
Tell me your favorite part of town and what you love to do there. (ie: Rice Village, The Woodlands, Galleria area, Downtown, etc.) I am thinking it would be fun to go float in the Lazy River at Rob Fleming park on Sunday. Anyone ever been on a Sunday? Was it crowded? Anyway, let me know your awesome ideas! K, thanks!!! :)

Take her downtown to Discovery Green. This is a fairly new addition to Houston, and the park is right across from the George R. Brown convention center. We aren't having great park weather, but it still is a neat place to see.
I also love the Museum district and Rice University. They have a beautiful campus that is worth walking around.
Take her to Harwin!!!!
Chris and I love to go to the Battleship of Texas.
It is also fun to go to Galveston and rent a surrey to ride on the sea wall. Then you go over to the ferry and walk on for a free 30 minutes round trip ride. On the way out of Galveston, pick up some fresh shrimp at the docks and cook a great meal when you get home! Fun time!
