He's in his bed now...sleeping peacefully. This was perfectly timed out because now I can get ready for our company this evening while he's conked out.
And now for his 8 WEEK STATS:
Weight: 12-2 3/4 (50-75%)
Height: 22 1/2 (25-50%)
Head: 38-7 (10-25%)
Height: 22 1/2 (25-50%)
Head: 38-7 (10-25%)
I know what you're thinking...he's chunky, short, and has a small head...but our little man's not done growing just yet! Give him some time!
Dr. Knapick said since Kyle's height and mine are a foot apart, it's hard to tell from those measurements how tall Jackson will likely be. Generally you add 5 inches to the mother's height to get the average height for her son, but with such a huge gap between Kyle and I, it could go either way. His guesstimate was around 6'. We'll see...but either way, we'll keep him!

I am not looking forward to the shots either! Jackson is growing up big and strong...y'all are doing such a great job! Enjoy the time with your family!!!
Poor Jackson. Parker had her 1 year shots today, and it STILL gets me when I hear that cry! :( Glad to see y'all are doing so well. I am so glad you have this blog because he seriously is just too cute to miss out on seeing his pics all the time!
Way to go Jackson! I think I cry about shots more than he did!
So glad you will keep him! ;)
As to the treat of ice cream...I hope he likes it as much as you (so you have the excuse for the treat of ice cream! :) )
