Well...at least now I know my little man is not just a bad traveler! Last night during dinner at The Chimes with Kyle's parents (which was wonderful--blackened crawfish salad and bread pudding for me!), J's fever came on and spiked up pretty high. It did this over the course of dinner, so when we were leaving we went straight to an after hours clinic. I would not have normally done this, but since we are out of town, I wanted to nip it in the bud so we could enjoy the rest of our time here! I was just sure he had another ear infection, but his ears looked good. I do think he might have been in the process of developing one, so I'm glad we were given Amoxicillin for whatever virus he had and a decongestant for the runny nose. Geez Louise, I'm going to start coming to BR with a bottle of that stuff. Anyway, so that's the update on our little man. If you are wondering, I have checked a few things off of my list of things to do while here!
Pray that our little man is completely better for Easter! I think part of it is he gets run down when we are here, so we are resting today.
