Last night was the first time in Jackson's one year of living on this green earth that I decided I NEEDED to be away from him. Kyle and I have been so fortunate to have friends who are willing to watch Jackson for us so that we can go out, and I have been fortunate to send him to MDO which has provided some "down time" even though we live away from family. I have always appreciated those times, but I have never NEEDED them. Well, last night, I did.
I love the stage we are in. It's so fun. It's so active. It's so many things.
I'm not complaining. I'm oh so thankful to have a child who can play and be active. I'm so thankful for his "spunk" and personality. I love that boy to death.
I also love peace and quiet.
