It doesn't take much to create a little excitement around here, especially with a very curious one year old in the house. Tonight, a visit from a friendly neighborhood cat, "Alex", did just that. Jackson was THRILLED that he was rubbing up against our windows and pacing around the backyard. He would laugh and squeal and try to repeat "kitty" after me. Jackson was just so excited that I had to let him go outside to see Alex a little closer up, and boy did he have a ball! Here's a little video of J and the kitty playing. Don't even tell me this boy needs a pet. Kyle and I aren't going there again any time soon!

any time he needs a kitty "fix" he can come over here! David responds the same way (and he has lived with our cats since birth! :) )
cutest.laugh.ever! LOVE HIM!
Thanks, Janee. Oh, he had me CRACKING up. I didn't post the video of him trying to pick up the cat since I thought it might scare some people that I was letting him get that close...haha. And Marg - yes! He loooovevs animals and would love to come play. Unfortunately, Kyle and I were such horrible animal parents that we don't think we have it in us to have a pet...at least until he begs for one. ;)
His laugh is contagious! I love the "pets" that show up to play and then go to their real home. :)
