I'm so excited I don't know what to do!

I absolutely love living in Houston. Now that we've been here almost two years (crazy!), it's definitely feeling more and more like home. And that's how it should be. Baton Rouge friends...don't go freaking out on me. Of course Baton Rouge is our second home, but home HAS to be where your heart is...and for right now, that's Houston. :) It may not always be that way. So we just have to roll with it. But if your heart can't be in Baton Rouge, it might as well be in a place where you can have Beth Moore as your Tuesday night Bible study leader. Can I get an AMEN?! :)

I really am so excited, I don't know what to do! Not just because I get to experience this Bible study with Beth and some great friends (old + new), but because I'm SO beyond excited about what I KNOW God is going to do in my life over the course of the next 11 weeks. Be praying for me (and my friends) that we will be diligent in completing the homework for this study because I know Satan is going to throw so many distractions our way.

I know it is time for me to get rid of so many distractions and just grow in the Lord. I can't think of a better time than right now.

In other news, Jackson and I did watercolor paints for the first time today. :) It was such a sweet moment. (We needed a sweet moment since only minutes before he destroyed my bathroom while I was trying to get ready. And by "get ready", I mean change from my pajamas into another pair of sweat pants and a different t-shirt.

Jacks loved painting and watching all the planes and helicopters (or should I say "meh-manes" and "daduhdohdoos") flying over head. We live near the big airport and a smaller one as well, so there is no shortage of planes of all kinds flying over head at any part of the day. Don't go feeling sorry for us, it's not loud or anything. It's just fun when you're outside. I've always pointed out helicopters as being different, but I never knew he was catching on. He surprised me today!

Anyway, we are back inside and I have a to-do list to conquer while he naps, so that's all for now. Pics to come soon, I promise!

Oh Lindsay! So excited that y'all are doing the study on Tuesday nights! Wish I was there to join in on the fun. We are doing "Believing God" and it is absolutely wonderful. Hope that y'all are doing well. Miss and think about y'all often too.
