1...2...3...

FOUR MONTHS OLD!

Reese turned four months old yesterday. It's hard to believe she has been with us that long already. It seems like she is growing and changing so much lately, and her little personality is really coming out.

This has been a big week for her! Here are some of the fun happenings in the life of RC this week...

She got some snuggle time in with Poppy. He came to visit for a couple of days, and we had a great time with him. The kids loved him being here!

We had a fun time introducing Poppy to one of our new favorite Mexican restaurants, El Tiempo. It opened up in Vintage Park on my birthday, so we went as a family that night and loved it! We couldn't wait to bring Poppy when he came.

Reesie girl had rice cereal for the first time. I let Jacks give it to her, and we had a good time. Jacks was really excited for her to eat "oatmeal" like him. She acted like she liked the way it tasted, but she didn't really know what to think about it. We will try it again soon!

I snapped this pic one day during her nap. I cracked up when I found her that way. Can you say DRAMA?! Haha. I love it!

She gets lots and lots of snuggles from big bro. He loves her sooo much and is such a sweet big brother to her. I love watching them interact. She thinks he hung the moon, and he thinks she's adorable. Love them.

We sat outside and did bubble blowing and sidewalk chalking and talking to our neighbors quite a bit this week. Reese is pretty much happy to watch Jackson do anything. She's getting kind of squirmy, though. It won't be long before she's joining in on the action. I can't wait to hear them running through the house chasing each other and laughing.

Sissy also got her first pedicure. I know, it's ridiculous. But our fun Spring Break activity today was popcorn and a movie ("Horton Hears a Who"), and Reese and I were sitting right next to the end table that my nail polish happened to be sitting on. It was just meant to be.

Today, Reese also wore the very first dress I ever bought her. I think it was a day or so after I found out she was a girl (maybe the very next day), and I got it on clearance at Target. This picture doesn't really show how cute it is because it's kind of blurry. And I love how the background of this picture is Jackson's sports quilt. :)

Well, that's it for now. I can't believe I've written two blogs this week. I just might be getting back in the swing of it. ;) We shall see. Have a great weekend, everyone!
