Getting Ready!

So I've made some progress toward getting ready for the baby! Laura Beth and I actually washed all the bedding and put it on the bed when they were here, but I'm just now getting around to taking a picture of it all set up! Side note: LB is awesome at setting up nurseries and knowing what all you need...I so wish she was here with me now! I have done absolutely NOTHING else in the way of decorating in the baby's room, but I have set up the bed and dresser! Everything is out of boxes, put together & ready to go, but the decorating hasn't really happened yet. I'll get around to it soon! I started washing all his little towels and wash cloths today, which was exciting! It's getting so close. I'll post more pictures when I get the whole room finished.

We are looking forward to the weekend! Kyle is happy to have his first week behind him! Tonight we are going to eat at Lupe Tortilla (yes...we are obsessed) with Jason's friends that live here. They are actually the ones that led us to Lupe Tortilla, so we HAVE To eat it with them. We are so excited about meeting them and of course eating Mexican! Woo hoo. (MawMaw if you are reading this, don't tell Paw! Ha!)

Our house is in the flight path for small craft planes that land in a nearby town called Tomball. The airport is called "Hooks Airport", and they have a little grill you can eat at and watch the planes take off/land. I think we might do that tomorrow and go to the Woodlands to look around. We have lots of exploring to do!

And then...yay...Kayla and Mrs. Tricia will be in town Monday through Wednesday, so we will get to see/hang out with them! Anyway, I didn't mean to start rambling. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
