I know everyone wanted to know how Kyle's first day at work went, so I thought I would write a little post about that. He had a great day! He was VERY busy of course with lots of new information to learn in a fairly short amount of time, but he is definitely up for the challenge. For those of you who are wondering what in the world Kyle is doing for EM, he is an expense analyst in the Upstream Controller's division of the company. His territory is the Lower 48 [states], and he is responsible for forecasting earnings and tracking expenditures on EM's joint ventures. If you want more information, you'll just have to ask him. Ha. Anyway, the day went smoothly and he is really excited about the job.
I had a great day, too! All I have to say is there are WAY too many places to shop over here. One could really do some damage. I was pretty good, though! I thought that I would be bored once Kyle went to work, but boy was I wrong! I have a lot to do to get ready for baby Silvio. I found him a pediatrician and made an appointment to meet with him on Thursday, decided on a photographer to take his pictures after he is born, signed up for several classes at the hospital, etc. etc. etc. So it was a great day.
My appointment with my new doctor went really well the other day. I really like him, and I think it will be a great situation. He said the baby was lying breach Monday, but that he would probably move and we would get a better idea of his position he will settle into at my next appointment (April 16.)
