Who knew my little man would be practicing eating at a "big boy" table (aka his train table that was handed down from his cousins) and napping on a nap mat a the ripe ole' age of 17 months??? Not me!These events happen too quickly for this mama!
But it sure is fun to watch him learn.
We are practicing because this is what they do in J's new MDO class. His teachers told me that at the beginning of the year they all struggled with it. He'll catch on soon. For now, say a prayer that he doesn't make enemies in his new class. One of his teachers told me that on Tuesday he was all excited as if he was at some sort of buffet...eating every one's food! Ha! Must have gotten that love for a buffet from his Daddy.Anyway, I will pray every Tuesday and Thursday for the patience of his precious teachers as they teach him how to do these things. They are so sweet and loving; I know he'll be just fine.
PS - Have you noticed I have been reunited with my camera?! Let the picture-taking continue! :)

These pictures are precious! And I so wish I could have been a fly on the wall as Jackson experienced his first buffet that was on his level.
